Every weekend should be a four day weekend!

We enjoyed our final days with Josh and Ashley in Korea climbing at our favorite climbing crag: Ganhyeon. After they took off on Sunday, Keith and I head to the western side of Seoraksan National Park for a day of hiking. We had both Monday and Tuesday off of work and decided to spend some quality time together in the woods. On Monday we hiked a burly 7 mile trail from one side of the park to the other. This hike has been quoted as the most beautiful in all of Korea and I agree. It was not only beautiful but also not very populated. There were numerous waterfalls and swimming holes all along the valley. We got out of the park just before a thunderstorm began. We had decided it wasn't going to rain earlier in the day so we didn't put the fly on our tent- bad idea. We returned to find everything soaking wet! So, we drove back to Ilsan. On Tuesday we had Jenny and Pete over for a Mexican feast. Graham and Greta brought us black beans that we put to use and drank 2 of the bottles of wine they brought us. It was a wonderful evening!
